Amaryllis Bulbs

Amaryllis are a well known and very popular flowering bulb among professional and amateur gardeners alike. Less known is the fact that amaryllis, as most know them, actually belong to the genus Hippeastrum and are native to Central America, the West Indies, and most notably, South America.

Other advancements include more blooms per stem, more stems per bulb, and all of this coming from smaller bulbs with better root systems. Each of these advancements represents the optimal form of the Hippeastrum, the best in the world, all available here at Aaron's Bulb Farm.

African developers have modified Hippeastrum from their original characteristics to allow for larger, more colorful, and longer lasting blooms that do no droop, but look straight forward. These blooms grow together with foliage from the bulb, also an amended feature to Hippeastrum.
