Orange

Tender pulp is orange-yellow and the skin is golden. This quince is excellent for cooking. It ripens late September to October, and the fragrance and taste is that of a juice citrus orange. Orange is easy to slice and its aromatic quality makes it very popular for gourmets and for chef's table decorations.

This large, smooth, golden yellow fruit has a white flesh with a distinct pineapple flavor. It is self-fertile and ripens in most locations in September. This cultivar can be grown in forty-eight states except for extreme southern areas of Florida, California, Arizona, and Texas.
